What does Ethical Business Model actually do?
Ethical Business Model is a strategy and build partner that helps coaches, creators and businesses launch and scale through brand, marketing, systems and custom software. There are three paths: programs for coaches and creators, partner services for businesses, and custom software when no off-the-shelf tool fits.
What is the "Ethical Business Model" itself?
The belief behind the name: a business grows best when it genuinely helps people. In practice that means marketing that tells the truth, sales that feel like service, and systems that free your time instead of eating it. Every program and service here applies that same model, at different stages of a business.
I am a coach or creator. Where do I start?
On the coaches page. There are two programs built on the same model: the Launchpad if you are launching and want your first real clients, and the Accelerator if your business already works and you want to scale it. If you are not sure which one fits, say so on the contact page and Tenzin will point you in the right direction.
What is the difference between the coaching programs and the business services?
The programs are done with you: you build your own business alongside Tenzin and learn the skill, so it stays yours to run. The business services are done for you: you run the business, and Ethical Business Model builds and runs the online side: brand, marketing, website, email, automations and AI.
When is custom software the right path?
When you keep bending your business around tools that almost fit. We build software for exactly one business: yours. A custom CRM shaped around your client flow, a coaching app for your program, a booking system that works the way your service works. Do you run ad campaigns?
No. No Google Ads buying, no Meta ads management. Ads are a final stage step and most businesses run them too early. We build everything that makes an ad succeed: positioning, copy, funnel and tech. As an added service we also set up tracking the right way, so every click and conversion is measured from day one. If you later run ads, they land on a machine that converts and proves it.
Do you only work with clients in the Netherlands?
No. Ethical Business Model is based in the Netherlands, but the work is online: live calls, chat and systems that run wherever you are. Coaches and businesses join from anywhere.
What happens after I submit a form on this site?
You get a confirmation email right away, and Tenzin personally reads your answers and replies, usually within one working day. There is no automated sales sequence and no sales team.
